Feature 4 of their less common craft ciders on our taster paddle:
OUTCIDER: UNFILTERED HARD CIDER
Rugged and fresh, OutCider isn't afraid of taking the trail less traveled. Jonagold apples are pressed, fermented, and left unfiltered, so you can experience their raw character.
NICE & NAUGHTY
IMPERIAL SPICED APPLE
Festive and warming, Nice & Naughty is crammed full of whole cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and a touch of honey to celebrate the season.
PRICKLY PEAR CIDER
Exuberant & quenching, Prickle Me Pink^2 is pink multiplied by pink. Glowing with a naturally derived color, this taste bud oasis is crafted with Northwest apples, prickly pear cactus fruit, and now watermelon.
LAMBIC STYLE CIDER
~ Oregon grown Marion blackberries ~
~ Soured with Lactobacillus ~
~ Aged in Willamette Valley pinot noir barrels ~
Inspired by the historic lambic beers of Belgium, La Mûre embodies the Flemish styles of old. Northwest apples and Oregon grown Marion blackberries are fermented wild with Lactobacillus. Aged in Willamette Valley pinot noir barrels for one year, this unique cider is then removed from these dusty casks and bottle conditioned, revealing complex aromatics and a lactic tang that only time can unfold.
